Finalise furniture selections through a process of coordinated events with designers. Sending samples or arranging showroom visits for client presentations. The end result is an approved furniture schedule designed to meet project deadlines.

Prepare a detailed schedule for obodo furniture items, tables, and any custom elements, including upholstery, powder coating, and custom table components. Obtain client sign-off on prototypes or production drawings.

Assign a project manager to oversee production, and quality assurance, and ensure all specifications are met within the deadline and budget.
