Warranty Coverage
Obodo Pty Ltd provides a 24-month limited warranty to the original purchaser from the date of purchase, ensuring all products are free from manufacturing defects. If a product is found to be defective within this period, and the damage is not due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear, Obodo Pty Ltd will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.

Warranty Limitations
This warranty applies only to products used as intended and does not cover damages
resulting from:
• Normal wear and tear
• Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
• Damage during shipping
• Failure to follow care and maintenance instructions
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications
• Fire, flood, or other natural disasters
• Use in confined or high-chlorine environments leading to corrosion
• Any alterations made by the purchaser or their representative

Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage resulting from improper care, assembly, or maintenance
• General wear and tear, including natural fading of materials
• Corrosion from scratches, abrasions, or exposure to certain environments
• Changes in the visual appearance of timber due to aging
• Finishes, as their longevity depends on care and environmental conditions

Claim Procedure
If you believe your product has a defect covered by this warranty, please:
1. Contact Obodo Pty Ltd via email at sales@obodo.com.au.
2. Provide your invoice number or purchase order number.
3. Attach clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Obodo Pty Ltd reserves the right to request the return of defective parts for further assessment.
